We expect the trimming of the Palm trees to be completed by tomorrow.
The mulch will be replaced on Hot Springs Point next week. I would like to add that the removal and replacement of mulch is not a requirement of the Association. It was started as a courtesy by previous Boards. We decided to continue this practice, in fact we went a step further. We asked Dalton to remove the old mulch and then to replace it with a better grade of coco brown mulch to enhance the beauty of your property.
Dalton has been doing this at no charge to the Association. It is a massive job that is taking time. To date there have been three mulch related injuries in addition to the extreme heat. Just be patient everyone will be done.
There have been complaints that there is no trimming of bushes and hedges being done. We are in the growing season, it is hot and rainy, in addition the plants have been fertilized. Put the three together and you have rapid growth, after a couple of days it looks like they have not been trimmed.
Some types of bushes are called loose knit, after a couple of days they look like they were not trimmed for a long period of time. It is these type of bushes that have generated complaints, example the bougainvilleas.
Dalton Landscape Service has been questioned on several occasions, to the best of our knowledge they are in compliance with our contract.
